Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2017 Highest 4064] The Defendant would pay the victim the price for the following month in D operated by the victim C in Gyeonggi-do Group B on March 2016.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the processing fees properly even if the defendant had the victim do so influorcing.
As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, had the victim process in original chromosome until the end of May 2016, and did not pay KRW 4,212,450 as the price, and did not pay KRW 4,212,450 from that time to the end of May 2016, and did not pay a total of KRW 114,703,990 on six occasions, such as attached Table 1 of the List of Offenses 1, thereby acquiring profits equivalent to the same amount.
[2017 Highest 4731] The Defendant, at the office of the F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Management Co., Ltd.”) located in Jung-si, the Government-si, 2015, provided that even if the Defendant was supplied with the original group or processed the original group from the victim G, he/she would not have any intent or ability to pay the original group price and the processing cost. However, the Defendant would supply the original group to the victim or pay the price to the victim on the high seas.
