1. From December 4, 2019 to Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B from December 3, 2019 to Plaintiff B, and Plaintiff C from December 9, 201 to each of the Defendant’s members.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a regional housing association established to carry out a construction project of apartment units with a total of 3,764 households (hereinafter “instant project”) from the F of Kimhae-si to the 283 parcel, and obtained authorization for establishment under the Housing Act from the Kimhae-si market on April 12, 2016, and obtained approval for the instant project plan on June 16, 2017.
B. Plaintiff A, B, and C entered into a membership agreement with each of their respective (tentative name) and each of their respective (tentatively referred to as the “instant member agreement”) on the condition that the said Plaintiffs were to acquire ownership of one unit of an apartment house (hereinafter “instant apartment”) to be newly constructed according to the instant project (hereinafter “instant apartment”) after paying the Plaintiff’s contribution to the project cost as a member of the promotion committee, and thereafter, the Defendant succeeded to the rights and obligations of the promotion committee.

The above plaintiffs paid the down payment, allotted money, administrative station expenses, etc. to the defendant in accordance with the subscription contract of this case, and the payment details are as listed below.
On the other hand, the above plaintiffs received the Brazil Branch loan and paid it as a contribution. From July 2018 to November 2019, the plaintiff A paid the interest on the amount of 3,476,978 won and the interest on the amount of 3,476,978 won to financial institutions.
