Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2013, at around 14:00, the Defendant assaulted the police officer to take a bath to the D District E in the Seoul Gangseo Police Station D District E and the police officer F, who was called out after receiving a report to avoid any disturbance without paying the drinking value, and interfered with the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported case.
