Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has filed a report on excreta emission facilities in Kim Jong-si and raises a dog of 270 marins.

No person who discharges livestock excreta shall commit an act of discharging livestock excreta into or is likely to flow it into public waters by neglecting it.

On July 24, 2015, the Defendant neglected to manage livestock excreta in a public water area by neglecting the management of livestock excreta on the ground that the Defendant, by negligence in the course of business, discharges excreta to the public water area.
