Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the former representative of the meeting of occupants' representatives only for E apartment complex, Defendant B is the former representative of the above apartment complex, Defendant C is the former representative of the above apartment complex, Defendant C is the former representative of 103 units, and Defendant D is the head of the current management office of the above apartment complex.

The victim is a person who was dismissed by the representative council of the tenant who had been appointed as the former representative of the above apartment and was subject to the judgment of the Daejeon District Court on September 20, 2017 to confirm the invalidity of dismissal.

1. On October 7, 2017, around 16:07, Defendant A removed the text of the judgment No. 2639, the Daejeon District Court 2016, 2016, attached the victim F on the wall of the apartment complex E, in the elevator of 104 Dong-dong 1, Seosung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, Daejeon, and damaged the documents of the victim.

In addition, on September 24, 2017, from around September 24, 2017 to the above day, the Defendant destroyed the documents of the victim in the same manner three times in total, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 1.

2. Defendant B: (a) around October 6, 2017, around 09:20, the Defendant destroyed the documents of the victim by removing the text of the judgment of Daejeon District Court 2016, 2639, attached to the wall of the said victim, from the elevator of 105:20, Seosung-gu, Daejeon E apartment complex 1,05; and (b) around October 6, 2017.

In addition, on September 25, 2017, from around September 25, 2017 to the above day, the Defendant destroyed the documents of the victim in the same manner five times in total, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 2.

3. On September 24, 2017, around 17:20 on September 24, 2017, the Defendant deemed to have dynasium 1,03-dong 1, 103-dong 1, and dynasium posted on the wall of the above victim on “21-day dynasium” attached to the wall.

4. On October 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) within the elevator of 109-dong 1, 109-dong 1, Seosung-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon District Court Decision 2016No. 2639 Decided October 3, 201, the Defendant was instructed the security guard of the said apartment to remove the apartment as his/her hand.
