Punishment of the crime

On December 27, 2019, the Defendant, at around 01:18, driven a F New Zealand X-D car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.046% under the influence of alcohol from around 100 meters to the front road of the same Gu D apartment E-dong, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at approximately 0.046%.
