A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant had weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder.

1. Interference with business;

가. 피해자 C에 대한 업무방해 피고인은 2016. 8. 20. 10:00경 제주시 D에 있는 피해자 C가 근무하고 있는 E렌트카에 아무런 이유 없이 찾아가 그 곳 사무실을 들락거리며 마음대로 자판기 커피를 뽑아 마시면서 그 곳에 있던 직원에게 큰소리를 치고, 사무실 앞으로 나와 차량안내 직원에게 "뻐큐!"라고 욕설을 한 다음 렌트카들이 주차되어 있는 곳으로 바나나를 던졌으며, 고객들이 대기하는 곳으로 가 계란을 바닥에 던졌고, 그 곳 직원으로부터 제지당하자 "너 몇 살이야 ! 씨발 새끼들 경찰 불러! 이것들이!" 라고 크게 소리치고 욕설을 하며 영어와 중국어로 알아들을 수 없는 소리를 하는 등 약 20분 동안 위력으로 피해자의 차량 렌트 영업업무를 방해하였다.

B.
