However, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019 and enforced June 1, 2019), an order shall be issued to pay damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of full payment.
