1. The Defendant’s KRW 38,450,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from April 20, 2019 to July 1, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768) that reduces the statutory interest rate from 15% per annum to 12% per annum under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768) shall be dismissed as it was promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019.
