1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 92,840,840 as well as 24% per annum from December 23, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Of the money based on the statement of payment written by the Defendant on September 23, 2019 (from September 9, 2019 to September 18, 2019, C Co., Ltd, using KRW 92,915,420 as between September 9, 2019 and September 18, 2019, promised C Co., Ltd, to pay all of the above amount to A within the highest time as soon as possible (this shall be 24% per annum until the payment is made in full), and if B fails to pay the above amount within the earlier time, B will pay the full amount until December 22, 2019], the amount actually based on the statement of payment written by the Plaintiff and her husband D, as well as the annual damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from December 23, 2019 to the date following the due date under the above statement of payment.
