Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, a person working as Yongnam National Assembly journal from around December 2014 to July 17, 2015, who was employed by Defendant A, around June 29, 2015, was at the second round of a university-based reporter, a member of the National Assembly assistant group, and was at all aware of the existence of the sexually related video of the JJ, and the fact was at all known at the prosecutor’s office; Defendant A was subject to search and seizure by the J’s member; Defendant B was at all known of the fact that the member was subject to search and seizure by the prosecutor’s office; Defendant B was at all aware of the fact that the member was at all in the process of collecting news from the prosecutor’s office; Defendant B was at the world’s global economic newspaper L; a member of the National Assembly; and Defendant A’s secretary M, who was aware of the fact that the victim was at the time of the victim’s sexually damaged during entertainment planning; and Defendant J was at the time of the victim’s disclosure in the process of reporting and reporting.

2. Defendant B was a reporter working in digitaltas, who was employed by Defendant B around June 29, 2015. From around 08:00 to around 09:15 on June 30, 2015, Defendant B, as indicated in the above paragraph (1), was able to take advantage of social network services (SNS) such as “Pruger,” and he was able to take advantage of the following: (a) he was able to take a fluorial image from the university to the second gathering group of members of the National Assembly; and (b) he was able to take out a fluorial image from Defendant A; and (c) he was able to take out a fluorial fluorial 704dong 705-dong 704, Seoyangyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 2015, at the residence of the Defendant at around 08:00 to 09:15.
