1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 7, C was appointed as the representative director of the Plaintiff on August 8, 2006, and retired on August 8, 2009. On August 19, 2009, C was reappointed as the representative director on August 19, 2012, but retired on August 19, 2012. C was the representative director of the Plaintiff, and C issued a promissorysory note with KRW 150 million on January 13, 2012, the issue date as the representative director of the Plaintiff, and KRW 150 million on January 13, 2012, the issuer, the Defendant, the place of issuance, and the place of payment (hereinafter “instant promissory note”), and the Plaintiff’s order of KRW 300 million on January 13, 2012, which was issued with the execution title of the instant improvement project, and the Plaintiff’s order of KRW 1,3003,03,03.

However, the following circumstances, which can be seen by comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as stated in the evidence No. 3 and No. 4-3, No. 4-5, and the overall purport of the pleadings, namely, the Defendant and C have engaged in money transactions several times from September 2005 to May 2006, and the issue of settlement of money arising from claims and obligations between the Plaintiff and C remains. The Plaintiff’s actual operator, as the Plaintiff, filed a complaint with the Plaintiff to the effect that, although the Plaintiff did not fully bear the Defendant’s obligations against the Defendant who is a woman, the Plaintiff would have attempted to obtain KRW 150 million by in collusion with the Defendant, even though the Plaintiff did not bear all the obligations against the Defendant, the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff was issued without suspicion on June 18, 2013. In light of the fact that the issuance of the Promissory Notes and the preparation of the authentic deeds by C is not an act within the scope of the Plaintiff’s profit, but an individual regardless of its purpose.
