A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

1. On December 21, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Domain Prize) driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.079% among blood transfusions on December 21, 2016, and led the Defendant to drive the said car at a speed of 0.079%, along the four-lanes of the six-lane road in front of the Seoul Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dtel, at the speed of the tent heading distance from the edge of the street.

Ultimately, even though the Defendant suffered from an injury to the above victim due to the number of days of treatment due to the above occupational negligence, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim.

On the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.079% from the 2km section of the blood alcohol level on the side of the Southern-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, to the front side of the 90-ro, Jin-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
