A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person shall borrow or lend any access medium, or store, deliver or distribute such medium, with the intention of receiving, demanding or promising the payment thereof.

Nevertheless, on January 2017, the Defendant promised to receive KRW 3.4 million from a person who was unaware of his name in front of the National Bank in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Seoyang-do, to deliver a copy of the physical card connected to the National Bank Account (C) in the name of the Defendant to a person who was in distress through Kwikset.

Accordingly, the Defendant promised to pay the price, and lent the approaching media.
