Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:50 on May 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered the same wife E and the victim F, who were in a divorce lawsuit, after a restaurant located in C in Yangyang-si, Namyang-si; and (b) taken photographs; (c) on the ground that the said victim said the victim’s words “influence of another’s photograph”, the Defendant, in his hand, led the victim to a breath and tension, leading the victim to a 14-day treatment.
