Punishment of the crime

When an employee retires, an employer shall pay a retirement allowance within 14 days from the date on which the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from November 9, 2015 to June 30, 2017, retired while in charge of transmission duties in the said law firm.
