Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 31, 2016, at around 14:40, the Defendant made a resistance in relation to the case of assault by the staff of the main staff of the Defendant’s station in the Suwon Franc Police Station B, and avoided the disturbance.
