1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 54,389,197 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 29, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Indication of Claim: On the basis of an executory notarial deed (No. 616 of November 17, 2017, No. 2017, a notary public’s office No. 616 of the No. 2017), the Plaintiff received a claim attachment and collection order against the obligor, the third obligor of the Defendant, based on the notarial deed (No. 616 of the No. 2017, a notary public’s office No. 17), and issued a claim for collection based on which the order was served on the Defendant on November 10, 2017, and thus the collection amount is accordingly finalized.
