A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On May 1, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in Sung-nam Branch of the Suwon District Court for six months, and on October 18, 2013, at the 55th General Military Court of the Army on November 14, 2013, the sentence of suspension of the execution of the said sentence becomes effective upon being sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for military robbery, which became final and conclusive on November 14, 2013. On February 16, 2014, the Defendant completed the execution of the final sentence in the military prison.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On December 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had difficulty in solving board and lodging while staying in the military; (b) sought the victim C on December 1, 2014, and (c) had the victim C stayed in the house of the victim located in Gwangju City, Gwangju.

On December 2, 2014, at around 05:00, the Defendant stolen 420,000 won in cash owned by the victim from the work clothes of the victim, which were suffering from the cresh of the victim.

2. On December 14, 2014, the Defendant, at around 16:33, found in GPC room located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, the Defendant: (a) opened a credit cooperative located in the accounting unit for smoking tobacco; and (b) cut off the cash amount of KRW 80,000 for the victim’s own.

3. On January 22, 2015, at around 15:42, the Defendant, at the 15:42 Dosan City H, stolen one of the LG options GX2 mobile phone devices equivalent to KRW 800,000 at the market price, which is the victim’s possession immediately adjacent to the victim, located adjacent to the other victim.

4. On February 10, 2015, the Defendant, who became aware of the introduction of a church pastor, had been paid from the victim K’s home located in Yong-si L to assist the victim K in preparing for opening the church.

On February 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on February 12, 2015, 3,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (b) USD 2,00 in currency; and (c) the Philippines.
