Punishment of the crime

On June 18, 2016, at around 10:30, the Defendant: (a) displayed the victim E (64)’s visit from the victim E (64 years) at the 4th floor of the fourth floor located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, where the Defendant was living, and used the above building 35-mentioned building in which the Defendant was living, and the music he was proneed so that he was prone, and assaulted the victim at one time, by displaying the dangerous prone stick (86cm in length, 15cm in width) for delivery, such as dangerous things.
