The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Facts charged;

가. 모욕 피고인은 2016. 3. 경 전주시 덕진구 G에 있는 H 병원에서, 2014. 8. 경부터 1년 가량 교제하던 피해자 I이 2015. 8. 경부터 만나주지 않고 다른 남자를 만나는 것에 화가 나, 카카오 스토리 계정에 “I 너는 세상을 왜 남자들한테 몸뚱이 장사만 하느냐,
