A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person eligible to be selected as a subsidy program operator shall be a public corporation, corporation of a sun-dried farming business (fish-dried salt), corporation of a farming business (agricultural business), agricultural cooperative, fishery cooperative, etc. among the above corporations, the share of farmers in the agricultural business shall be at least 1/10, and a specific person shall not establish a disguised corporation for his/her personal business.

The defendant knew that the above "projects to support the sun-dried industry" of the agricultural and fishery food food industry was "projects to support the sun-dried salt industry", the defendant established an agricultural company in a formal manner and received subsidies in the name of the above corporation, despite having been aware that he did not independently
