Defendant

A, B, and D shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won and by a fine of 50,000 won, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Co-Defendant A, B, C, Co-Defendant E, and Co-Defendant E separate from the Defendants, on January 20, 2015, from around 16:00 to around 17:00 of the same day, Co-Defendant E used 51 ambling in the dwelling area of the former North Korean territoryF from around 16:00 to around 17:00 of the same day, and used 600 won per 3 points to the latter, and the latter used ambling “Stop” in a manner of paying approximately 17 times more than 20 won each time when adding 1 points to the latter.

2. Defendant D, while being aware that four persons, such as the above A, etc., were gambling at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), provided them with a view to helping such gambling, and aided and abetting them by providing their gambling at such place and place.
