The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, at around 10:50 on October 7, 2016, at E-post offices located in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Kim Jong-gun, the head of the post office office, “I do not believe and perform construction works to believe inside the post office,” while the employees of the E-post offices hear.

However, as described in paragraph 1, the victim is unrelated to the new construction work of the defendant A and did not receive money from the above A.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.
