Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a BMW car.

On March 31, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car at around 08:23 on March 31, 2019, and moved to D on the front side of the fenced road in Daegu Suwon-gu CNgu.

Since a white light, which is a safety mark that restricts the change of course, has been installed in a right-hand line, the place is in combination with a side road, so there was a duty of care to not change the lane to a white light for a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) took the front part of the Defendant’s front side of the Fststy cab driven by the victim E (the 64-year-old) driven by the victim E (the 64-year-old) on the ground of the change of the lane beyond the white ray; (b) took the front side part of the Defendant’s front side of the said car; and (c) had the said taxi drive the said taxi over three lanes to the front side part of the said passenger car, which was driven by the victim G (the 28-year-old) who was going to stop in the signal line from the third lane to the signal line; and (d) had the said taxi take the front side part of the said pent5-year-old car driven by the victim I (the 63-year-old) while having the said string part of the said string to the right side part of the said pent; and (e) let the said string to the right side part of the 5-year-speed bus.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the victim E, such as cerebrovascular, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and inflicted injury on the victim G, such as base salt and tensions, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment; injury on the victim I’s 5 balance and tensions that require approximately six weeks of medical treatment; and injury on the victim K.
