A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

1. On January 12:30, 2015, the Defendant driven the said cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front road to the front road of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, at the end of 95:80km from the front road to the front road of 95.
