The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds of appeal in light of the following: (a) the Defendant used the heat in the herb bank at the time of the instant fire, but did not operate the heat source at the time of the discharge; (b) the point of origin was in the vicinity of the window, not the center of the center room, even according to WW’s statement by the first witness security service staff; and (c) the outbreak of the instant fire is irrelevant to the heat unit used by the Defendant; and (d) the electric safety service manager’s land register connects the existing contact unit to another contact with the former contact unit to prevent power malfunction; and (e) it is difficult to deem the cause of the instant fire to be a heat unit; and (e) it cannot be deemed that the Defendant is liable for the fire, leaving the place of origin of the instant fire, even if all of the instant fire occurred due to the electric wires connected to the domestic contact and the heat location.

2. In full view of the circumstances specifically established by the lower court and the following circumstances revealed by the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the lower court, the Defendant’s allegation that the instant fire occurred due to the Defendant’s negligence is rejected.

A. According to the statement of T in charge of the fire-fighting of this case and the results of their identification, the fire-fighting point of this case is presumed to be near the heat season in the center of the head office operated by the defendant, in light of the Vi-beton, burning direction, remaining electric power supply lines, flusing type, and scurging trace, etc. of the place where the fire of this case occurred. Such a sense of identification results, etc. are presumed to have been based on objective data, etc. in light of the standard of judgment and estimated method, and it is difficult to view that the fire of this
