Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 6, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Seoul Southern District Court. 【Criminal Facts】

1. On December 28, 2014, at around 02:44, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a violation of the victim D’s “E convenience store” in Changwon-si, Masiwon-si C, with a view to removing the upper door glass of the auxiliary entrance, and then breaking the lock door door by using a labluor (hum) in advance, putting the lab in a lab, thereby impairing the lock door within the said convenience store by opening a locker with hand, and then, 50,000 won in cash by opening a simplified safe located in the lab.

At around 03:12 on the same day, the Defendant continued to enter the convenience store again through the entrance and displayed there at that place, with one cigarette owned by the victim (2,500 won at a market price), one New-ro or Scream (22,00 won at a market price), three Scream (12,000 won at a market price), 2080 children's tobrushes (6,500 won at a market price), two gold-robrushes (3,800 won at a market price), two probrushes (3,600 won at a market price), two probrushes (3,600 won at a market price), one ballot-class (2,00 won at a market price) at a sanitary end.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victim's property.

2.
