1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 1,274,00,000 as well as 15% per annum from October 22, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff’s supply and demand of new construction works of this case 1) Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) on October 16, 2014

B) Between the Defendant and the E 1,752m2.4m2 (hereinafter “instant land”).

3) On the ground F building (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”)

() A contract for construction works (including value-added tax) to be contracted with a contract amount of 7,300,000,000 won for each type of new construction work (a contract amount of civil engineering work: KRW 1,50,000,000, KRW 5,800,000,000 for each type of construction work); the date of commencement; October 24, 2014; the date of completion; and June 23, 2015; on November 17, 2014, the contract for construction works (including value-added tax) to be contracted with a contract amount of KRW 1,10,00,000 for the said new construction work (including value-added tax); and D entered into a contract with a limited liability company (including value-added tax) to be contracted with a contract period of 1,50,000,000 for June 23, 2015; hereinafter referred to as “construction works”) to be newly constructed and subcontracted with a construction period of KRW 108,018, G.

As a result, G was proceeding with the ground-breaking and soil-preventive work on the instant land.

3) On February 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) the remainder of the construction works, excluding civil engineering works already completed, among the said new construction works (hereinafter “instant construction works”).

(1) The contract for the construction project (including value-added tax), which is to be concluded with the contract amount of KRW 7,100,000 (including value-added tax), March 2, 2015 (applicable from the completion date of the civil works) and February 26, 2016 (excluding winter period and number of 0,000) for the completion date of the construction project (hereinafter referred to as “instant contract for the construction project”).

(B) The terms and conditions for the payment of the construction cost agreed upon are as follows. B. The Plaintiff’s progress of construction and partial payment of the construction cost are as follows: (i) The Plaintiff’s progress of the instant construction project from March 2, 2015 to the wall body and upper reinforced concrete slab bars of the second floor underground of the instant building.
