Punishment of the crime

On June 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 21:40 on the street of 101 building C located in Ulsannam-gu B, Ulsan-gu; (b) was punished as a result of the omission of the victim D (n, 38 years of age) and noise between floors; and (c) threatened the victim, who was in danger of entering his/her residence, with a enormous (f0cm) and with a threat as to as he/she would be at the time of the victim.
