1. Defendants’ crime (general traffic obstruction) around August 15, 2013

8. The 15 Games Promotion Committee (hereinafter “8/15 Promotion Committee”) decided to hold a field of peaceful unification and a meeting for peaceful unification in order to urge the implementation of the South-North Joint Declaration, the conclusion of peace agreements, and the dissolution of the National Intelligence Service (hereinafter “National Quota”), etc. in line with the broad block.
