The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable that the sentence imposed by the court below on the defendant (six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination has some favorable circumstances for the defendant, such as the fact that the defendant has committed wrong acts through confinement life for a considerable period of time, there is no family member to support the defendant, and there is little good health damage caused by the crime of this case, and that if the defendant is sentenced to imprisonment for a limited period of time, the sentence of the previous suspension of execution becomes null and void, and it seems that it would be somewhat harsh.
