1. The Defendant’s final allowances and allowances payable to the Plaintiff T, AA, AE, AF, AH, AK, AL, AP, AR, AS, ATS, and AU.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a legal entity that establishes and operates AX University, a private junior college in AW, and the plaintiffs were working or worked as a faculty member of AX University (referring to teachers and general staff members; hereinafter the same shall apply).
B. Articles 51 and 77 of the Defendant’s articles of association of the AX University provides that “The remuneration of teachers shall be separately prescribed by the rules, subject to the resolution of the board of directors, depending on the qualifications, career, difficulty and responsibility of duties.” The remuneration of general employees shall be determined by the personnel rules, subject to the resolution of the board of directors, based on the degree of difficulty and responsibility of duties, in consideration of the standard living cost of the general public, wages of civilians, etc. In addition, AX University established and implemented “the remuneration regulations” to provide matters necessary for the remuneration of the teachers in accordance with the above articles of association. (2) According to the remuneration regulations of AX University, the remuneration of teachers means the total amount of salaries, allowances, performance-based allowances, and other allowances (Articles 3 subparag. 1, 4-4(1), and 13-2(1)), and the piece rates of teachers and staff members [Attachment 5] or [Attachment 10] [Attachment 4(3) and 4(1) [Attachment 3] of the attached Table 10].
