Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant will work in the Jeju-do Kim Farming City, on the part of the victim C, who was an employee in the Jeonnam-gun Kim Farming City, for a period of KRW 700,000,000,000.”

However, even if the defendant receives a prepaid payment from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to work as an employee in the Kim Farming Complex.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 700,00 from the victim to his/her post office account (D).
