Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 13, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) in support of Sungnam branch of Suwon branch on July 13, 2012. 1. Special intimidation;
