A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 4, 2020, from around 19:54 to 20:33, the Defendant reported the title “C”, which was posted on the Twitter by the victim B (the victim 16 years of age), to contact the victim with the victim, and decided to live together with the victim. Although the Defendant attempted to assist the victim to commit suicide by aiding and abetting the victim in the above manner, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime but did not intend to return to the house by waiting for a clerical error.
2. From June 4, 2020 to around 21:45, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (similar sex) provided the victim with 4 information about the WIG E, a water surface leading agent, and let the victim drink it. However, the victim wait for a clerical error in the lock so that he/she want to go back with the mind of “I want to go back. I want to go out of the above guest room. I will see it?
