Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:10 on May 7, 2012, the Defendant driving a B-low private taxi under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.123% of the 2km section to the front road of “csch Rex bicycle” located in the Central Market in the same Dong-si, “Central Market” parking lot in the same Dong-si.

2. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bran private taxi;
