1. The Defendant: (a) from March 14, 2016 to April 14, 2016, the Defendant worked for six units of Gtels in Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 536, 636, 737, 1040, 1540, and 1938; (b) as the head of a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “H”, “I”, and “J”, the Defendant worked for the head of a sexual traffic business establishment in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (c) was a person who pre-contracts for sexual purchases, telephone calls, etc.

The Defendant, along with C, arranged sexual traffic in the same way during the above-mentioned period, with the main business of the above-mentioned business establishment, with the amount of KRW 310,00,00,00 from the other sex buyers, who were found through the commercial sex acts advertising site, such as K, at around April 4, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant, together with the above C, arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant B: (a) from April 18, 2016 to April 27, 2016, the Defendant worked for six units of Gtel 536, 636, 737, 1040, 1540, and 1938 in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gtel as the head of the sexual traffic business establishment; and (b) was a person who pre-contracted management, telephone reception, etc. of sex purchases by working for the head of the sexual traffic business establishment.

The Defendant, along with C, arranged commercial sex acts in the same way during the above period, with the main business of the above business establishment, and around 18:40 on April 27, 2016, at the above business establishment via the commercial sex advertising site, such as K, with the amount of KRW 310,000,000 employed in advance by receiving 3.1 billion won from N who is the male sex purchaser, and arranged commercial sex acts in the same way.

Accordingly, the defendant, together with the above C, arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

Defendant

C The Defendant, from March 8, 2016 to April 27, 2016, operated six units of Gtel in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, 536, 636, 737, 1040, 1540, and 1938, “H”, “I”, and “J”. The Defendant is a business owner operating a mutual sexual traffic business establishment of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gtel from March 8, 2016 to April 27, 2016.
