1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,000,000 as well as 12% per annum from April 16, 2014 to August 25, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

1.The following facts of recognition do not conflict between the Parties:

On February 3, 2012, the Plaintiff determined and lent KRW 40,000,00 to the Defendant at 12% per annum.

According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest and delay damages at the rate of 12% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate from April 16, 2014 to August 25, 2014, and 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.

3. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
