The Defendants jointly and severally against the Plaintiff KRW 100,493,150 as well as KRW 100,000 among them, and the Defendant from June 3, 2019.

1. Claim against Defendant F (hereinafter “Defendant F”) and Defendant G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant G”)

(a) Indication of claims: To be as shown in the reasons for the claims;

(b) Judgment on deeming confessions: Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act;

2. Claim against Defendant H

A. On March 14, 2018, the Plaintiff’s Intervenor entered into a production support agreement with Defendant F and G (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) on the production of film I to be produced by the Defendant Company (hereinafter “instant support agreement”).

The main contents of the instant support agreement are as follows.

D and Crossing-gun (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and F and G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “B”) shall enter into a contract with the following in the production of theater film [I] (hereinafter referred to as “the film of this case”).

Article 2 (Subject Matter of Contract) The outline of this case, which is the subject matter of this Agreement, shall be as follows and shall be clearly stated therein:

(1) Sub-paragraph (A) (2) A: A year from K, L, M, N (Final)O, P, Q (Out-to-Date) (5): daily gold 200,000,000 won (one-day gold 7: 8) contract period of the second half of 2018: March 14, 2018 to December 31, 2018, Article 3 (Conditions of Investment and Production Support) A shall provide support to B producing the film at KRW 200,000,000 (one-day gold 200,000,000 won).

3. After all documents required for the assistance have been submitted, the advance payment of KRW 100,000,000 per annum (one hundred million per annum) shall be made within seven (7) days at the request of the bank account in the name of Eul separately opened for the management of the film of this case, and the balance shall be paid within seven (100,000,000 per annum (one hundred million won per annum) at the request of the court at the time after the completion of the shooting.

4. Eul must fully reflect Gap's opinion in the production of this case's film, and the place amounting to 80 per cent of Gap's opinion in this case's film filming.
