Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:50 on February 12, 2013, the Defendant was driving C-do under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.05% (commark application) at approximately five kilometers in front of the old high-age cancer village in the middle of the same Si/Gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, Nowon-gu, in front of the cafeteria-gu, Daegu, to the two roads of the same Si/Gu.
