Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

Around 12:00 on August 20, 2018, the Defendant was driving on the street in front of the nuclear power plant, and was flicked from the vehicle, and was flicked with the victim D(48 years of age, South). During the dispute with the victim, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s right head on one occasion by his/her hand.
