When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2015, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.204% of blood alcohol content at around 22:02, the Defendant driven a car with B, from around 50 meters to the front of the “sking bones Mones,” which was located in the training of Busan 124 as a training course, to the front of the “skingnes,” which was located in the same Dong.
