1. Facts of recognition;

A. The parties’ relevant Defendant E is a medical specialist in sexual surgery who operates the Gm-type surgery in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”); Defendant F is a medical specialist in sexual surgery in which it was difficult for Defendant E to perform the surgery by aiding and abetting Defendant E when the removal of foreign substances is performed.

Plaintiff

A has undergone a sex surgery at the Defendant Hospital, while Plaintiff B is the husband of Plaintiff A, Plaintiff C, and Plaintiff D are the children of Plaintiff A.

나. 이 사건 수술 원고 A은 2001년경 미간 중 양쪽 눈썹이 시작되는 부위에 무면허 시술업자로부터 이물질을 주입하는 시술을 받았는데, 시간이 지나면서 이물질이 뭉쳐지는 느낌이 있고 얼굴을 찡그릴 때에는 미간 부분에 주름이 깊어지는 현상이 있어 안면미용을 위하여 이를 제거하는 수술을 하기로 마음먹었다.
