1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,356,003 and the interest rate thereon from July 15, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. On or after the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint pursuant to Article 2 of Addenda of Article 3(1) of the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended on May 21, 2019, the damages for delay shall be recognized as 12% per annum.
