A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On February 23, 2012, the Defendant of the instant investigation document pretended that the “contract for the disposal of scrap scrap (waste scrap)” forged in collusion with E is a document duly formed, and disposed of scrap scrap at the construction site, in collusion with E, at F’s office located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul, as set forth in paragraph 1(a).
