1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,512,880 as well as KRW 26,916,00 among them, from July 22, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The Plaintiff partially dismissed the petition at the rate of 20% per annum on the portion arising from the next day of the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment.

However, as the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended and enforced from October 1, 2015, the statutory interest rate under the aforesaid Act was changed from 20% per annum to 15% per annum, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages exceeding 15% per annum is dismissed.
