Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On April 22, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months in the Seoul Eastern District Court for night buildings, intrusion upon buildings, larceny, etc., and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months in the Suwon District Court on December 17, 2009 due to night intrusion upon residence, larceny, etc., and on May 20, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a imprisonment of 1 year and 6 months in the Incheon District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) and completed the execution of the said sentence on October 3, 2012.
[2013 Highest 1733] On January 20, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim-owned market price equivalent to KRW 19,000, which was displayed on the display stand in front of the "E operation of the victim D" store located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.
In addition, from that time until February 7, 2013, the Defendant habitually stolen cell phones, clothes, etc. more than six times in total, as indicated in the annexed crime sight table (1).
