The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On May 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of a vehicle in the signal atmosphere and assaulted the victim at around 707, Seodae-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, on the ground that the victim B, an acting driver, becomes well aware of the paths; (b) opened a driver’s seat of the vehicle in the signal atmosphere; (c) kid the victim and the victim’s breab; and (d) kid the victim’s buck with her hand; and (c) assaulted the victim at around 2-3 times due to the outbreak of the victim’s flab.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;

B. On December 7, 2017, the victim after the indictment of this case, submitted to this court a written agreement indicating that he/she does not want to punish the defendant.

(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
