A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. On June 18, 2014, around 03:30 on June 18, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face by drinking in front of the D cafeteria located in Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, on the ground that the victim E (at that time 18 years of age) was her part at a drinking house and was her part to customers, and was her part of the victim’s face on several occasions with the victim’s hand, and then, was her part of the F building 18 of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which was her part of the victim’s face on several occasions with the victim’s hand.

B. On July 2014, the Defendant used the Defendant’s mobile phone phone to the victim while engaging in a dispute with the victim due to an unforeseen reason from No. 18 of the F building No. 18, and used it to assault the victim.

C. At around 11:00 on August 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim by breaking the victim’s back head knife with the victim’s shoulder and knife with his/her cell phone, on the ground that the victim promised to do so; and (b) installed the knife knife in his/her cell phone; and (c) used the victim’s back head knife on several occasions.

On August 18, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim by means of cutting the victim’s face and back head several times with his hand on the ground that the victim got her clothes in the sick room while having been in dispute with the victim (the age of 19 years at that time) due to an act of fire at the He Hospital located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G, Nam-gu, Incheon, and by cutting the part of the victim’s back to his back.

2. On August 21, 2014, at around 18:00, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as clothes, the lower half of the body, and the other side damage, etc., which require about 28 days of medical treatment, by taking the victim’s head and face from the victim’s 6-hurging with her hand, and walking the victim’s her seat at one time with her hand, due to the victim’s falling short of 6-hurging and walking the victim’s her face.
